(Petite Wedding)

- 5 hour event (setup, break down, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception)

Weekend Package starting at $8,000
- Make it a weekend getaway away experience.
- Entire Estate and 4-acre lot
- Use of drawing room and gentleman’s hangout
- Access to Entire Estate starting Friday 3 pm – Sunday 3 pm
- Up to 80 guests seated inside estate up to 180 guests with use of open-air event space.
- Access to Kitchen for chef, add the dining package or an additional insurance fee will be added
- Caterer access to warming Kitchen to prepare for platted dinner or buffet for wedding events
- Suite’s level and conversion of two-three additional sleeping rooms with full baths.
- Weekend concierge service, basic event planning, and city activities suggestions guide

- We have transportation vendors who can transport guest from a local hotel to the property for events.
